1、機組的搬運

1. Handling of unit

在搬運時應注意將起吊的繩索應系結在適當?shù)奈恢茫p吊輕放。當機組運到目的地后，應盡量放在庫房內，如果沒有庫房需要在露天存放時，則將郵箱墊高，防止雨水侵濕，箱子上應加蓋防雨帳篷，以防日曬雨淋損壞設備。

When the unit is transported to the destination, it should be placed in the warehouse as far as possible. If there is no warehouse to store it in the open air, the mailbox should be raised to prevent the rain from getting wet. 開箱前應首先清除灰塵，查看箱體有無破損。核實箱號和數(shù)量，開箱時切勿損壞機箱。開箱順序是先拆頂板、再拆側板。

拆箱后需要做以下的工作：

（2）查看機組及附件的主要尺寸是否與圖紙相符；

(2) Check whether the main dimensions of the unit and accessories are consistent with the drawings;

（3）檢查機組及附件有無損壞和銹蝕；

(3) Check the unit and accessories for damage and corrosion;

（4）如果機組經(jīng)檢查后不能及時安轉，應將拆卸過的機件精加工面上重新涂上防銹油。進行妥善保管；

(4) If the unit cannot be installed in time after inspection, the finished surface of the disassembled parts shall be coated with anti-rust oil again. Keep it properly;

（5）開箱后的機組要注意保管，須水平放置，各種接口須封蓋、包扎、防止雨水和灰沙侵入。

(5) The unpacked unit shall be carefully kept and placed horizontally. All interfaces shall be sealed and bound to prevent rain and sand intrusion.
