A gas generator set is a new type of generator that fully utilizes various natural gas or harmful gases as raw materials. When starting a gas generator set, precautions should be taken:

1、應(yīng)先向油底殼內(nèi)加注機(jī)油至規(guī)定油面位置，向冷卻系統(tǒng)內(nèi)加注冷卻液，檢查電起動系統(tǒng)電路接線是否可靠，如果管路中安裝由穩(wěn)壓罐，還應(yīng)打開其底部的排污閥，放掉穩(wěn)壓罐中的污物，排凈空氣，關(guān)閉排污閥。

1. You should first fill the oil pan with engine oil to the specified oil level, fill the cooling system with coolant, and check the reliability of the circuit wiring of the electric starting system. If a surge tank is installed in the pipeline, the drain valve at the bottom should also be opened to drain the dirt in the surge tank, clean the air, and close the drain valve.

2、檢查燃?xì)夤苈飞蠅毫Ρ碇甘臼欠裾＃蜷_發(fā)動機(jī)燃?xì)膺M(jìn)氣閥門，接通電源開關(guān)，使調(diào)速器怠速額定開關(guān)處于怠速狀態(tài)起動發(fā)動機(jī)。待油溫、水溫分別升至45度，70度，油壓0.245MPA,將燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速升高至工作轉(zhuǎn)速。、

2. Check if the pressure gauge on the gas pipeline indicates normal operation, open the engine gas intake valve, turn on the power switch, and start the engine with the governor idle rated switch in the idle state. When the oil temperature and water temperature rise to 45 degrees and 70 degrees respectively, and the oil pressure is 0.245MPA, increase the engine speed of the gas generator set to the working speed.

3、對新機(jī)或停放5天以上未用的發(fā)動機(jī)，起動前應(yīng)盤動曲軸3——5轉(zhuǎn)。

3. For new or unused engines that have been parked for more than 5 days, the crankshaft should be cranked for 3-5 revolutions before starting.
