1、查看秸稈氣發電機組在常溫下的發動狀況，并查看進程中曲軸軸承、連桿軸承和活塞之間是不是有敲擊聲，必要時進行調整校準或修正替換；

1. Check the starting condition of the straw gas generator set at room temperature, and check if there is any knocking sound between the crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing, and piston during the process. If necessary, adjust, calibrate, or correct replacement;

2、查看秸稈氣發電機組作業時，是不是有聲響驟變、排氣冒黑煙等表象；

2. Check if there is a sudden change in sound or black smoke from the exhaust during the operation of the straw gas generator set;

3、檢查發動機，如有損壞可對應替換氣缸體、活塞、活塞環、巨細軸瓦、曲軸止推墊、進排氣門、全套發動機大修包；

3. Check the engine, and if there is any damage, replace the cylinder block, piston, piston rings, large and thin bearing shells, crankshaft thrust pads, intake and exhaust valves, and a complete engine overhaul package;

4、查看秸稈氣發電機組內燃機在正常作業時，氣缸壓力是不是到達規則壓力的70%，必要時替換增壓器大修包、水泵修理包；

4. Check if the cylinder pressure of the straw gas generator set's internal combustion engine reaches 70% of the regular pressure during normal operation, and replace the turbocharger overhaul kit and water pump repair kit if necessary;

5、秸稈氣發電機組的大修養護同由專業修理人員履行中修養護內容后，對曲軸機體、連桿、活塞、凸輪軸等部件進行查看，視技術參數進行修理或更新，對曲軸瓦、連桿瓦、缸套、活塞環、大修包有必要替換。
