1. Check whether the oil pressure, oil temperature, cooling water temperature, charging current and other instrument indications are normal. Generally, the oil pressure of the unit shall be 150 ~ 390kpa, the oil temperature shall be 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃, the water inlet temperature shall be 55 ℃ ~ 65 ℃, and the water outlet temperature shall be 75 ℃ ~ 85 ℃.

2、觀察發(fā)電機的電壓、電流和頻率是否正常。在負荷正常時，頻率為50Hz，電壓應為額定值，電流不超過額定值，三相電流不平衡度應不超過25%。

2. Observe whether the voltage, current and frequency of the generator are normal. When the load is normal, the frequency is 50Hz, the voltage shall be rated, the current shall not exceed the rated value, and the three-phase current imbalance degree shall not exceed 25%.

3、觀察柴油發(fā)電機的顏色是否正常。正常的排氣顏色為無色或淡灰色，不正常時為深灰色，超負荷時為黑色。

3. Observe whether the color of diesel generator is normal. The normal exhaust color is colorless or light gray, dark gray when abnormal, and black when overload.

4、檢查機組有無漏油、漏水、漏風、漏氣和漏電現(xiàn)象。

4. Check the unit for oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, air leakage and leakage.

5、檢查發(fā)電機電刷火花是否正常。若有異常情況、要立即停機檢查滑環(huán)、換向器、電刷及刷架等，以免燒壞滑環(huán)和換向器。

5. Check whether the brush spark of generator is normal. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine immediately to check the slip ring, commutator, brush and brush holder, etc., so as to avoid burning the slip ring and commutator.

6、注意機組運轉有無異常響聲、震動和焦臭味。

7、檢查發(fā)電機外殼和軸承的溫度是否正常。

7. Check whether the temperature of generator shell and bearing is normal.

8、檢查各緊固螺栓有無松動，接地連接是否可靠。

8. Check whether the fastening bolts are loose and whether the grounding connection is reliable.

9、檢查控制盤有無異常情況。

9. Check the control panel for abnormalities.

10、嚴格防止柴油機低溫低速，高溫超速或長期超載運行。

10. Strictly prevent the diesel engine from low temperature and low speed, high temperature overspeed or long-term overload operation.
