在裝配柴油機以前，應將進氣管墊排氣管墊汽缸蓋出水管墊水泵與汽缸蓋出水管接口墊片石棉紙電工刀小木錘公斤力扳手套筒開口扳手梅花扳手及其他與裝配有關的零件和工具全部備齊，防止在裝配時缺東少西，力爭達到完美。對于應該進行清洗除塵除銹的零部件要全部清洗干凈。
