How to deal with the unstable speed of biogas generator set?
一、無法開始
1、 Can't start
1.無速度反饋信號:檢查速度傳感器和電纜。
1. No speed feedback signal: check speed sensor and cable.
2.調速器電源斷開或反向連接:檢查電源和線路。
2. Governor power disconnection or reverse connection: check power supply and circuit.
3.節(jié)流堵塞:重新安裝和調試。
3. Throttling blockage: reinstallation and commissioning.
4.啟動油量設定值過低:適當增加啟動油量。
4. The setting value of starting oil is too low: increase the starting oil properly.
5.速度設置過低:順時針旋轉低速電位器，增加空轉速度。
5. Speed setting too low: turn the low-speed potentiometer clockwise to increase the idle speed.
二、開始加速
2、 Start to accelerate
1.執(zhí)行機構和節(jié)氣門機構減少氣體方向或零位置不匹配:檢查和重新安裝調整。
1. Actuator and throttle mechanism reduce gas direction or zero position mismatch: check and reinstall.
2.速度控制系統(tǒng)速度設定過高:將低速設定值調整到校準設定值。
2. Speed setting of speed control system is too high: adjust the low speed setting value to the calibration setting value.
3.調速器電流限制過高:適當減少起動油量。
3. Governor current limit is too high: reduce starting oil properly.
4.控制器參數(shù)調整不當:適當增加控制器的“增益”和“差動”。
4. Improper adjustment of controller parameters: properly increase the "gain" and "differential" of the controller.
三、速度不穩(wěn)定
3、 Speed instability
1.傳動桿系統(tǒng)卡死或執(zhí)行機構與節(jié)流閥間隙:檢查并重新安裝調整。
1. The transmission rod system is stuck or the clearance between the actuator and the throttle valve is checked and reinstalled for adjustment.
2.發(fā)動機過載:減少發(fā)動機負荷。
2. Engine overload: reduce engine load.
3.速度傳感器安裝間隙過大:檢查并重新安裝和調整。
3. The installation clearance of speed sensor is too large: check, reinstall and adjust.
4.控制器參數(shù)調整不當:調整增益、差動和狀態(tài)開關。
4. Improper adjustment of controller parameters: adjust gain, differential and status switches.
5.如果屏蔽線連接不正確，電磁干擾會造成不穩(wěn)定:檢查屏蔽線連接是否正確。
5. If the shield wire is not connected correctly, electromagnetic interference will cause instability: check whether the shield wire is connected correctly.
