天然氣發(fā)電機組發(fā)生下面故障怎么處理？
一、發(fā)動機轉速不穩(wěn)
1、 Unstable engine speed
1.執(zhí)行器與節(jié)氣門間傳動桿系卡滯或間隙大：檢查并重新安裝調整。
1. Transmission linkage between actuator and throttle is stuck or clearance is large: check and re install and adjust.
2.發(fā)動機超載：降低發(fā)動機負載。
2. Engine overload: reduce engine load.
3.轉速傳感器安裝間隙過大：檢查并重新安裝調整。
3. The installation clearance of speed sensor is too large: check and re install and adjust.
4.控制器參數調整不當：重新調整增益、微分及狀態(tài)開關。
4. Improper adjustment of controller parameters: readjust gain, differential and state switch.
5.屏蔽線連接不當，出現電磁干擾產生不穩(wěn)定：檢查屏蔽線是否連接正確可靠。
5. Improper connection of shielding wire leads to electromagnetic interference instability: check whether the shielding wire is connected correctly and reliably.
二、發(fā)動機不能啟動
2、 The engine will not start
1、節(jié)氣門卡死：重新安裝與調試。
1. Throttle stuck: re install and commission.
2、啟動油量設定值過低：適當增大啟動油量。
2. The set value of starting oil is too low: increase the starting oil properly.
3、轉速設定太低：順時針旋轉低速電位器，以提高到怠速狀態(tài)。
3. Speed setting too low: rotate the low speed potentiometer clockwise to increase to idle speed.
4、無轉速反饋信號：檢查轉速傳感器及電纜。
4. No speed feedback signal: check speed sensor and cable.
5、調速器電源不通或接反：檢查電源及接線。
5. Governor power failure or reverse connection: check the power supply and wiring.
三、發(fā)動機啟動超速
3、 Engine over speed
1、控制器參數調整不當：適當增大控制器的“增益”和“微分”。
1. Improper adjustment of controller parameters: properly increase the "gain" and "differential" of the controller.
2、調速器電流限制過高：適當降低啟動油量。
2. The current limit of governor is too high: reduce the starting oil properly.
3、執(zhí)行器與節(jié)氣門機構減小燃氣的方向不一致或者零點位置不匹配：檢查并重新安裝調整。
3. Actuator and throttle mechanism reduce gas direction is inconsistent or zero position does not match: check and re install adjustment.
4、調速系統(tǒng)轉速設定過高：調整低速設定值，達到標定設定值。
4. Speed control system speed setting too high: adjust the low speed setting value to reach the calibration setting value.
