清洗焦化氣發電機組節氣門

　　焦化氣發電機組節氣門積碳嚴重會導致卡滯，需要進行清洗。可以使用專業的節氣門清洗劑，按照產品說明進行操作。通常步驟如下：

　　用螺絲刀擰開節氣門上金屬箍，不需要全部擰開，只要松動到合適程度即可，接下來取下與節氣門接頭的塑料管子。

　　Use a screwdriver to unscrew the metal clamp on the throttle valve. You don't need to unscrew it completely, just loosen it to the appropriate degree. Next, remove the plastic pipe that connects to the throttle valve joint.

　　取下節氣門之后，即可看到節氣門內部，里面全都是油漬、積碳等。取出節氣門清洗劑，對著節氣門內部噴幾下，就能看到油漬和積碳化掉。

　　這時再用衛生紙擦干凈，再用手指或者其他物體頂開節氣門里的活動擋板，對著里面再噴幾下，再用衛生紙擦干凈。

　　At this point, wipe it clean with toilet paper, then use your fingers or other objects to push open the movable baffle inside the throttle door, spray a few more times inside, and then wipe it clean with toilet paper.

　　清洗干凈后，按照原路裝回即可。啟動車子，讓發動機轉一會，把節氣門里的臟東西排出即可。

　　After cleaning, simply reinstall it according to the original route. Start the car and let the engine run for a while to remove the dirt from the throttle valve.

　　更換焦化氣發電機組節氣門

　　如果節氣門翻板磨損或破損，可能需要更換新的節氣門1。

　　調整螺絲松緊

　　如果焦化氣發電機組節氣門張口的螺絲擰得太緊，可能會導致卡滯。可以適當擰松螺絲13。

　　添加機油潤滑
