1、 When the gas generator set is in operation, it is not allowed to perform cylinder shutdown inspection, and it is absolutely not allowed to remove the high voltage line while the machine is running, as this will cause harm to people and the machine.

二、要保持燃氣發(fā)電機組高壓包、高壓線、高壓帽等高壓部分的清潔，以防對地高壓放電，造成機器失火。

2、 To maintain the cleanliness of the high-voltage components of the gas generator set, such as the high-voltage package, high-voltage line, and high-voltage cap, in order to prevent high-voltage discharge to the ground and cause machine fires.

三、前后端蓋上裝有滾動軸承，采用復合鈣基潤滑脂潤滑。如加人量過多容易造成潤滑脂溢出，濺在滑環(huán)上將使接觸不良，影響發(fā)電機的性能。

3、 Rolling bearings are installed on the front and rear end covers and lubricated with composite calcium based grease. If too much personnel are added, it is easy to cause lubricating grease to overflow and splash on the slip ring, which will cause poor contact and affect the performance of the generator.

四、燃氣發(fā)電機組的繞組采用聚脂高強度漆包線繞制，允許溫升105℃。因此，發(fā)電機繞組的絕對溫度允許達到環(huán)境溫度＋105℃。所以檢查發(fā)電機在正常運行時的溫升是否正常，不能簡單地靠人手觸摸的感覺來判定。

4、 The winding of the gas generator set is wound with high-strength polyester enameled wire, allowing for a temperature rise of 105 ℃. Therefore, the absolute temperature of the generator winding is allowed to reach ambient temperature+105 ℃. So checking whether the temperature rise of the generator is normal during normal operation cannot be simply judged by the feeling of human touch.

五、燃氣發(fā)電機組運行時，不允許用螺絲刀（起子）等金屬物品將正極等接線柱與機殼或負極短接以觀察有否火花來判斷發(fā)電機是否發(fā)電，這樣容易將元件燒壞。  根據(jù)工作條件的需要，要求全部員工進入燃氣發(fā)電機組安裝現(xiàn)場前，應(yīng)戴上安全帽、穿戴好防護服、佩戴防護眼睛等保護工作。

5、 When the gas generator set is running, it is not allowed to use metal objects such as screwdrivers to short circuit the positive terminal and other wiring terminals to the casing or negative terminal to observe whether there is a spark to determine whether the generator is generating electricity, as this can easily burn out the components. According to the needs of working conditions, all employees are required to wear safety helmets, protective clothing, and protective eyes before entering the installation site of gas generator units.
